Director, Brand Management and Engagement, Markel       

·       Owned and was the face of the global brand refresh of the Markel Insurance brand from its inception to its launch in May of 2023.

·       Continues to own the world-wide rollout, integration and upkeep of the new brand.

·       Influences and collaborates with the CCO, DCCO, CHRO, Sr. VPs and insurance executive leadership (including the President) on insurance brand marketing programs and campaigns.

·       Develops and promotes templates and assets for the business that meet the global brand objectives while addressing regional/local business needs.

·       Builds the brand management and engagement team's profile and visibility across the business as a creative agency to partner with internal and external stakeholders on brand, creative, social media, and marketing related initiatives.

Creative Director, Capital One                                        

·       Managed a team of copywriters, designers, associate creative directors, external agencies, and project managers to create integrated national marketing campaigns for multiple channels—including email, display, OLVs, and more.

·       In charge of creating “behind the scenes” work to influence future projects such as claims research, brand books, standardization, and more.

·       Responsible for the team’s workflow and assignments—gave creative direction on projects with the goal of making the work the best it can be, the most creative it can be, and most importantly, as effective as it can be.

·       Led large-scale projects with substantial financial impacts—redesigning the Platinum and Journey cards, branding pre-approval, and launching flex pay among others.

·       Standardized work, creating process and flow across the creative department.

Sr. Content Producer/Social Manager, Snagajob                       

·       Created strategically strong stand-alone multi-media campaigns to strengthen brand equity.

·       Served as the voice of the Snagajob brand on social media sites and on website.

·       Edited and wrote b2b and b2c marketing and SEO copy, newsletters and blog posts.

·       Managed online content and as a Community Manager, created strategy for and managed social media, brand loyalty, and community efforts.

·       Managed web video strategy and produced, wrote, directed, coordinated and edited consumer-focused company videos.

·       Wrote scripts for, filmed, and edited internal videos.

·       Hired outside videographers, recruited talent, managed purchase orders, and oversaw filming schedules and appeared as the talent in several videos.
